When "Checking Out" using Luke's Locker's Shopping system, you may be prompted to view our Secure Certificate(SSL) information. Our SSL is provided by Verisign, one of the world's leading internet security companies. The SSL encrypts personal information before transmitting that information to our systems.
Our SSL(Secure Socket Layer) Certificate is binding and valid, and will always provide protection to you while passing sensitive information to our Order Fullfillment Center. |

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges returned within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. Be sure to include your name, address and instructions whether to exchange the item, refund the merchandise purchase price, or credit your credit card.
We do refund any taxes you were charged. We do not refund the credit and handling charges. Products that are used beyond their normal life or altered items cannot be accepted for return.
In addition certain products are ineligible for return, as noted on website pages displaying those products. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your return to be processed. |

Luke's Locker uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for delivering goods to your home or business. Most 'in stock' items will be shipped the same day, especially if order is placed before 3:00 PM CST. Any orders paid for or placed after normal business hours will be shipped the following day.
NOTE: UPS services are all for M-F deliveries. Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge and you must contact us for a quote. |

| After placing your order, you will have the ability to track your order from our warehouse to your front doorstep. Just use the login and password information given to you while making your purchase and log into the Luke's Locker "My Account" section. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and link to allow you to know the location of your order at all times(if applicable). Your order information will remain in the "My Account" section of the website at all times for your review. |
