9-5 to Kick off With Free Workout in Austin May 4th |

The next session of 9 to 5 (9 weeks to a 5k) starts May 11th at Luke’s Austin. Anyone who is interested in the program can stop by Saturday morning May 4th for a FREE workout. The group will meet every Saturday at 7am at the store. Our program is for all levels, and prepares our participants for a 5k. We offer three training tracks:
1) walk-to-run,
2) Run
3) Advanced run.
Workouts are generally 1.5 - 2 hours and include yoga and some core exercises at the end. Participants get a weekly schedule to follow and email access to coaches. Many of our participants also come to the free Wednesday social run and the Thursday quality workout offered at the store. Vern's No Frills 5k is the goal race for this session. We will hold another free workout the week following the Vern's race (July 20th) and the fall session will start July 27th and will train for the Uptown Classic.
